Your hair should set loose without anything except the tulle. You will be carrying red rose arrangement hand bouquet with blue or turquoise ribbon. It won’t be as much as birthday party with the clown and impersonated cartoon characters. Just take the basic idea for all the decorations and the rest will follow.
