white rose bouquetMost couples still choose classic traditional styles for their wedding, create the image of going soft and subtle with classy outfits, bouquet, decorations, invitations, and even the dining reception tables. Classic colors have always created the most breathtaking ambience for weddings and have always been the most popular wedding color ideas all over the years.

If classiness is a flower, then it is white rose. White rose isn’t actually white but cream, with green leaves and stem. I still remember my parents wedding picture: My mom wore a classic, long, puffed shoulder, ivory wedding dress, opened ivory tulle veil, holding white roses bouquet, kissing my dad in his white suit. The picture was taken in a small local church, which also decorated with white rose buds. I believe that was the happiest moment of my dad’s life that he still keeps the picture in his wallet.

Green and cream is elegant and classy colors and will always look great all year. Doesn’t matter if you are holding your wedding in spring, summer, fall, or even winter, you will still be a princess! Get classy by going monochromatic on your neutral color tones but add some small sophisticated touches, and keep it simple.

Bride’s wedding dress, either simple or dramatic royal bride-looking in white, cream, or ivory while the groom wear any suit that complements what the bride is wearing, maybe considering your groomsmen a dash of color with a soft green tie on his white shirt and ivory or black suit. Bride’s shoe ware will look good with white leather stilettos and for the groom, suede designer stilettos or shiny black patented leather stilettos. You may also consider looking at Princess Diana and Prince Charles’s wedding pictures. Every tiny element was set to be classy, elegant, and expensive-looking, for it was a royal family’s wedding.

Now for the complete complexion: the decoration. All wedding decoration should stick to this concept: elegant yet simple. Keep everything natural and radiant. For dining table decorations, use white or soft yellow table sheet and napkins. For table flower arrangements, choose combinations of two of these flowers: white or jade roses, calla lilies, daisies, daffodils, or cymbidium orchids. Arrange a fun centerpiece of lemons or apples or anything yellow, crème, or green with brown or gold ribbons. Wedding cake in crème or pastel orange, decorated with ivory ribbons and orange flowers. Your wedding invitations and gift sets will be suitable with bright white or crème card with embossed borders, taupe foil edgings, gold or brown satin ribbons.

I know that choosing a color scheme for your wedding may already be an exciting headache for you, bride to be. I hope our tiny tips will be a help. Read more from our wedding color ideas collection and happy planning, girls!
